• Account information, including email address, authentication method, verification status, profile settings, and role-based access information.
• Interview-preparation content, including resumes, job descriptions, generated kits, practice questions, drafts, submissions, score history, and coaching interactions.
• Service usage and security events, including sign-in activity, rate-limit events, job-processing status, AI usage, application errors, and operational logs.
• First-party visitor analytics for public and signed-in pages, including page path, timestamp, referrer, device and browser type, approximate location when available, and whether a visitor is signed in or subscribed.
• Billing records needed to manage subscriptions, such as Stripe customer IDs, subscription status, plan tier, invoice state, and webhook event IDs. Data Role Ready does not store payment-card numbers.
• Transactional email records for account verification, password reset, account notices, and service-related messages.

Data Role Ready uses first-party analytics to understand how the website is used, which pages are most helpful, where traffic is generally coming from, and how public pages perform. Analytics may be collected for both signed-in users and visitors who have not created an account.

Raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics table. The service stores daily hashes and request-derived signals such as page path, referrer, device type, browser family, and approximate country, region, or city. When hosting infrastructure does not provide location headers, Data Role Ready may briefly use the request IP with a geolocation provider to estimate city, region, and country before discarding the raw IP.

Data Role Ready uses resumes and job descriptions to generate role-specific practice kits, including SQL, Python, analytics, system-design, behavioral, and mock-interview preparation. Resume text is processed to reduce common personal identifiers before it is used for AI parsing, and the service stores the scrubbed text rather than the original extracted resume text.

AI-powered features send relevant prompt content to Azure OpenAI to generate practice material, feedback, hints, explanations, and structured study recommendations. Users should avoid uploading secrets, credentials, government identifiers, payment information, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Data Role Ready runs on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Application data may be stored or processed with Azure PostgreSQL, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Container Apps, Azure OpenAI, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights. Stripe is used for subscription and payment workflows when paid plans are available. Transactional email is delivered through the configured email provider for account and service messages.

• Runtime secrets are stored in Azure Key Vault.
• Application database access is separated from administrative database access.
• Rate limits and usage controls protect authentication, email, and AI-powered features.
• Operational monitoring tracks application health, errors, background jobs, database health, and abnormal usage patterns.
• Administrative functions are restricted to authorized operators.

You can delete your resumes, job descriptions, prep kits, and account from the authenticated application. Account deletion removes your profile, sign-in methods, owned prep data, and stored resume files, subject to retention required for security, billing, compliance, or dispute-resolution purposes.
